公司現有三座工廠：內蒙古包頭原材料工廠，專業生產磁鐵原材料；安徽江馨微電工廠，專業生產微電機用於手機攝像頭；東莞小河工廠是集研發精工爲一體的綜合生產基地：廠區內規劃辦公面積約1800餘平米（獨棟辦公室），生產車間約5,600平米，員工宿舍約2,400平方米。 員工總人數約320人。現有切片設備爲500餘臺，年產能15000 萬平方釐米（合約250噸）。
擁有多種異型磁鐵加工能力，設備有內圓切割機，打孔機，線切割，單面磨牀，雙面磨牀，立式磨牀等多達700餘臺，以滿足各個行業對磁鐵的生產要求。 廠內有多種可靠性測試設備如鹽霧機，恆溫恆溼機，高溫測試機，磁特性分析儀，二次元投影儀，跌落測試設備等各種設備以滿足產品特性需求。
